Dan has worked with a number of investors for the past 12 years. Not only as a Broker/Realtor in the real estate transactions, but overseeing and managing most of the aspects of the property renovations. Dan believes his primary objective in working for his investor clients was to determine in purchasing a property, what the cost would be entering into the investment, what the expense would be through the process and determine approximately what the profit margin could be.
Critical in the cost and expense of the property and renovations is to determine the Project Budget. The other critical facet is to analyze the property location and determine if the final list price of the home in the property locations warrants the cost and expense of the initial investment.
